If you are an FMCSA-regulated employer, hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL), or a commercial learner’s permit (CLP), you must be registered in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and comply with the Clearinghouse reporting requirements of CFR 49 (§ 382.705(b)(6)).
